General Return Policy

We pride ourselves on the quality and value of the products we deliver to our customers. We do our best to ensure that your order is processed quickly and correctly and that you receive your products in a timely manner, free of damage and in good working condition. We do our best to accommodate reasonable warranty return requests, however, due to the nature of the products we sell we are unable to accept returns that do not conform to certain restrictions. Therefore, we ask that you carefully read and understand the restrictions that are imposed upon all warranty return requests and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to attempting to send items back to us.

RETURN POLICY RESTRICTIONS AND RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Gynie is an intimate product so we cannot accept returns. If you are having difficulty connecting Gynie Advanced Bluetooth with the App please get in touch with our customer service. We will be happy to help! If you receive a broken package we will exchange it. Please see our warranty policy.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
At Gynie, we stand by the quality of all our Products. Should you have any issue with your Gynie purchase, please consult our FAQ’s pages. If this does not solve the problem, please email us to receive Gynie warranty claim and complete the instructions.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS 
We need to receive your original purchase receipt as evidence that the date of your claim falls within the warranty period. Gynie products are of the highest quality and come with a 1-year worldwide manufacturing warranty. In countries mandating a longer warranty time, Gynie extends the warranty appropriately. Gynie is intended for adults only. Gynie warrants the Bluetooth connection for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, electronic failure. If you discover a defect and notify Gynie during the warranty period, Gynie will, at its discretion, replace Gynie free of charge. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of Gynie. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the Gynie (or its accessories) will void the warranty. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. Gynie under warranty claim must be returned (together with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to Gynie Shipping costs are non-refundable. This undertaking is in addition to a consumer’s statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way. If you experience any problems with your product, have any questions regarding its operation or believe you are eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us.

1-YEAR WARRANTY
Claiming on the 1-Year Warranty requires proof of purchase from a Gynie Authorized Retailer within the warranty period. This should be returned with the product if it is discovered faulty, and once the fault is confirmed we will replace the product free of charge. If you purchased your product on our web shop we already have your proof of purchase on file.
