Gynie has a unique, patented system for training the PC muscle. It is the only device on the market that uses eccentric and concentric movement to train your muscle. Think of it like a bi-cep curl. Both raising and lifting the weight is beneficial in building strength. Gynie also has three different levels to accommodate each individual’s starting ability and progression. This is often referred to as Kegel training, pelvic floor training, or vaginal exercise. Gynie is a Class II FDA registered Medical Device.

What is proper positioning for Gynie?
To begin, find a private, comfortable place. Start by laying down on either a bed, yoga mat, or alike – tilt yourself slightly upward. Lay on your back with your knees bent and legs relaxed. Make sure your back is propped up so you can reach holding your hand on the handle comfortably at all times.
I can't squeeze any of the resistance springs what do I do?
Try using Gynie without the springs! There is still resistance in using the device by itself.
I am unable to close the Gynie sleeves all the way?
Keep training, you will get there. Your training is still valuable even if you only close the sleeves partly. Any movement in the sleeves is beneficial.
The sleeves do not open up inside of me?
Try a higher resistance spring, to help open up, giving you the opportunity to get some range of motion.
I can barely notice any range of motion?
Every woman’s anatomy differs. Some women are able to open and close the device further than others. If you are finding that your range of motion is as little as ½ inch to ¾ inch, that is still progress. Although it is a very subtle movement, that is still training your PC muscle. A little goes a long way!
How do I know if the sleeves are moving or not?
In the Connected version, the app will show you on the screen the movement. If you have the Original version, you can try and put a finger in between the sleeves inside the handle part. When the finger feels like it is getting squeezed, then you are contracting the PC muscle.

At Gynie, we encourage you to complete what you feel is possible. The recommended amount of repetitions is to be used as a guide. Your main focus should be on improving on your own personal best!
