Use and Care
HOW TO USE GYNIE:
You’ll notice one sleeve is slightly longer than the other. This sleeve should be on top entering in towards your belly button.
Keep one hand on the handle at all times to maintain stability.
Insert the open-end sleeves of Gynie approximately 2-3 inches into your vagina. You may go as far as the stopper on the middle of the Gynie sleeve.
SETS AND REPETITIONS:
Choose your desired resistance level, starting with the white spring when you are a beginner.
Open the Gynie sleeves all the way and squeeze the ring to fit in-between the curved sleeves.
Then close the Gynie together all the way and insert the Gynie sleeves into the vagina.
Using the PC muscle only, press and squeeze Gynie together.
When you feel a small click – the sleeves are closed all the way together. Then slowly release, relax and take a deep breath in.
Try to not use any other muscle, relax your butt, legs, and thighs.
REMOVE IN-BETWEEN YOUR SETS AND RELAX:
Never push the PC muscle or Gynie out. To remove, relax your muscles and press the Gynie sleeves all the way together with your hand. Hold the handle closed and gently pull the Gynie sleeves out.
Rest. Remember to keep breathing. Focus solely on your intention for at least 30 seconds. The pause is very important before proceeding to the second set. Repeat.
Repeat 3 sets of however many you can do properly.
Aim for up to 30 repetitions,
and remember to take a break in between each set.
Train a minimum of three times per week.
As you build up your strength, increase your workout intensity
by adding repetitions to each set or by moving up the next resistance level.
Remember, this workout only takes about 3- 5 minutes!
