Start getting to know your PC muscle and inner core muscles. It’s a slow-paced strengthening method, perfect for your introduction to Gynie training. 

 

Strength

Intermediate training that helps endurance and the ability to hold the inner core and PC muscle. Especially helpful for everyday use of the PC muscle – ex.when lifting heavy weight or jumping. 

Speed

The advanced Gynie workout. Speed training can mimic contractions of an orgasm and help build blood flow to the PC muscle.  

Simple steps to using Gynie

Choose the resistance level of your choice, squeeze the spring to fit in-between the curved sleeves. 

Close Gynie all the way with your hands around the curved sleeves (handle). You’ll notice one arm is slightly longer than the other. This arm should be on top entering in towards your belly button to protect the cervix.

Insert the open-end soft sleeves of Gynie approximately 2-3 inches into your vagina. You may go as far as the stopper located on the middle of the Gynie arm.

Keep your hand on the handle for the whole duration of your training session.

How to Care for Gynie

Wash your hands and the Gynie with mild soap and warm water before and after every training session. Gynie can be used with oil or lubricant for comfort. After cleaning and air drying, return Gynie to its carryall pouch to keep it hygienically safe until your next workout.
